Local Orders (Within Pakistan)

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Size Exchange: If the selected size does not fit, we will arrange a size exchange for the same outfit, subject to stock availability.

  • Defective or Damaged Item: If your article arrives with a major stitching fault, visible stain, or manufacturing defect, we will gladly exchange it.

Please Note:

  • Exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or dislike of the product.

  • All items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn, with their original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery and are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The item is defective or damaged and cannot be replaced.

  • An incorrect or missing item was delivered due to our error.

Please Note:

  • Refunds are not applicable for size issues, change of mind, personal preference, dislike of the product, or sale/discounted items.

  • All returned items are subject to inspection by our Quality Control team before a refund is approved and processed.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.


International Orders

Exchange Policy

Due to international shipping and logistical constraints, exchanges are not available on international orders.

Refund Policy

Refunds for international orders are only considered in exceptional circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • An incorrect or missing item was delivered.

In such cases, a partial refund of up to 30% of the product value may be issued, subject to management review and approval.

To initiate a claim, customers must provide:

  • Their order number.

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.

  • Any additional information requested by our Customer Support team.
